Refund and Returns Policy

We stand behind our products and manufacturing. If you are unsatisfied with your product, you may return it within 60 days of purchase. To receive a full refund, items must be in like new condition. Items of lesser condition may be subject to a return fee or your return may be rejected based on the items condition. If you are unsure of the condition of your item, please contact us at info@alpinegremlins.com. Specific cases may be evaluated on a case-by-case basis at the discretion of Alpine Gremlins. For apparel or printed product returns, please contact us directly so that we can help resolve your request in the most timely manner. All apparel related cases must be submitted within 10 days of the receipt of items.

Shipping and Lead Times
Apparel typically ships with in 1-3 business days or order. Apparel is produced by a third party and lead/shipping times may be subject to change. All soft goods are handmade by our small team in VT. Please allow at least 3-5 business days for orders to ship. We do not ship over the weekend or on holidays.
